YEG MS is on the road in Canada's Capital Ottawa, Ontario. On this episode I talk about some research being done in Ottawa that seems to indicate that running can have a positive impact on a neurological disorders like multiple sclerosis. I also touch on the Tour of Champions, the Grizzly Ultra-Marathon in Canmore, Alberta, and my choice of sneakers.
